Sorry for the delay in posting. Internet connection has been slowing down wherever I go, but now, I'm in the smallest of cities on my stop and now I have some kick-ass internet at the hotel I'm staying at.

First off, you can add turtle blood, snake blood, snake bile, snake venom, and snake soup to my list of things I've never eaten before (and will probably never again). Also add sea cucumber to that list and the stinky tofu they oh so love in Taipei. It's pretty much one of the foulest smells you'll ever encounter. It seemed very familiar, and then I realized that it's very close in aroma to that of elephant crap. Yummy. It almost tastes as good as it smells.

There was 2 grand nights of partying in Taipei, one was at Party World, a karaoke club where we got our room (my cousin Druce, his girlfriend Claire, and Claire's friends John, Larry, Gloria, and Kelly). The next night, we went out to a club called Mint at the bottom of the 101 Building, currently the tallest building in the world. There I met a BUNCH of lovely ladies that were friends of Claire's. (in no particular order) Mimi, Tracy, Kate, Anita, Yvonne, Rose, Oliver, Ana, and Laura we're all super sweet. Hope to see them when I go back to Taipei.

After that, I flew to Shanghai. Got in late night to my aunt and uncle's amazing place. It's the top 3 floors of a building that looks over the river in Shanghai. Very cool pad. Didn't do anything that night, but made up for the it the next night with my cousin Duke. We met up with his buddies Gregg and Howard and walked around the city pretty much all day, visiting the super tall radio tower (when you see the pics, it'll make sense) and the tallest building in Shanghai where we chilled at the 56th floor where the Grand Hyatt Cafe was. The ceiling opened up to the very top of the building in this one room while a band played jazz on Chinese instruments. Finally, we met up with Duke's friend Daniel, who whisked us off to KTV, a karaoke lounge of... insane accomodations. Basically, it's almost like a whore house, but no sex is allowed. This one in particular at least. Let me explain. The house 'mother' walks in a group of 10 girls. You and your lonely buddies each pick a girl that you like. If you don't like any of them, you send em out and another group of girls come, and so on, until each of you have a girl. Now, from what I understand, at most KTV's, the girl just keeps you company for the night, hangs out with you, talks, gets you drinks, etc. At THIS particular KTV, things get a little crazier. Just to paraphrase, we saw some nakedness, we saw some making out, I literally almost got my clothes torn off (no, mom, nothing happened) and we all had a grand experience. I think the girl I picked wants me to take her back to the US. She gave me her cell phone number in Shanghai, which could be common practice or not, but "my" chick was the only one that did so of all the other 7 or so. Frightening...?

The night continued from there, but bro's before ho's and all that crap. Duke and I worried we'd wake everyone when we came home late, so we decided to crash at Daniel's. I thought we were leaving the next day at 9am for a planned trip to another city. Apparently, they we're leaving at 7:30am, so when we arrived at home at 8am, most of the family were none too pleased. But we got going anyways, jumped in an 11 person van, hauled freakishly fast to where we are now residing, in Ying Shu City (or something like that). And it' already been crazy. This is the city my grandfather was born and raised. But more on today later. I'll update again soon. Hope all is well back in the states. Can't wait to you see you all. But for now, more adventures!!!!!!!
